About the Role:

Marshall’s Specialty Services is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our warehouse, which houses approximately $500K in consumable inventory and $3M in equipment and tools. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise warehouse assistants, manage inventory and tools, coordinate deliveries, maintain safety standards, and assist with fleet operations.

You’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day functions of the warehouse, operating forklifts, organizing materials, pulling orders, and problem-solving on the fly. You’ll also help drive accountability, foster team productivity, and maintain an efficient, clean, and safe warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff

  • Organize, track, and manage HVAC inventory, tools, and consumables

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper storage

  • Operate forklift and assist with physical warehouse tasks

  • Support company fleet management and basic facility maintenance

  • Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness standards

  • Collaborate with other departments to meet operational company needs


Who You Are:

  • Experienced: Prior experience managing warehouse operations

  • Accountable: You hold yourself and others to high standards

  • Mechanical: Familiarity with tools and HVAC parts is a strong plus

  • Problem-Solver: Confident in troubleshooting and improving processes

  • Organized: Able to maintain a clean, efficient, and well-documented warehouse

  • Leader: Able to drive productivity, coach team members, and foster growth

  • Communicative: Clear, professional communication with team members, vendors, and leadership


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HVAC industry experience

  • Fleet management or vehicle coordination experience

  • Experience with tools and general shop maintenance


Compensation:

  • $66,000+ annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications

  • Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities
